100% pollock fillet from Alaska, virtually boneless, in gluten-free breadcrumbs, deep frozen.

To cook in the oven: Place a baking sheet on the middle shelf and preheat the oven to 220°C. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Place unfrozen fish fingers on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 13-14 minutes. Rotate once after about 6 minutes.

In a frying pan: Heat the fat in a frying pan. Add unfrozen fish sticks. Fry over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
