Tonkatsu sauce is one of the most beloved sauces in Japan. We call it Japanese ketchup. Tonkatsu contains vegetables and fruits, tomatoes in the form of paste, apples in the form of puree, soy sauce and 10 different spices. The sauce is mainly served with meat dishes. Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Consume within 1 month.
