Pantai Hoi Sin sauce can be used as a condiment and as a flavoring for meat, poultry and shellfish dishes (glaze for fried meat, most often with duck). It can be used in marinades, grilled dishes and fries.

Ingredients: fermented soybeans (soybean paste) with added sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, red rice (which gives the sauce its characteristic dark mahogany color), garlic, honey, and a mixture.
