About the product
The sauce has a beautiful caramel hue, a thick texture and a sweet-salty taste that is set off by smoky notes. Traditionally used for cooking eel. Teriyaki is widely used for making sushi and rolls, ideal for marinating, preparing and serving meat, fish, vegetables and tofu dishes.
Ingredients: Water, Mirin sauce(glucose-fructose syrup, water, rice), sugar. concentrated soy sauce (salt, soybeans, wheat flour, water, sugar, E150A dye, flavor and aroma enhancers E621, E627, E631), corn starch starters, maltovextrin, salt, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, flavor and aroma enhancer E621, dye sugar copper E150d, preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
Storage conditions: store at temperatures from 0 C to +18 and relative air humidity not more than 75%. After opening the package, store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2+ C to +8 C for no more than 30 days.
