Balsamic cream classic 500 ml Wiberg

This thick balsamic cream tastes like balsamic vinegar and is pleasantly sweet. It is versatile for decorating and tasting spicy and sweet dishes. It is customary to use this peculiar product both for decoration and as an excellent dressing for many dishes based on meat, fish or vegetables. It is recommended to use it as a dressing for various vegetable salads, as well as include it in the recipe of cold appetizers. It goes well with various elite cheeses, so its use in a cheese plate is welcome.

Ingredients: Classic balsamic glaze. Concentrated grape juice, 20% balsamic vinegar from Modena PGI (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, color: ammosulphite caramel), modified starch.

Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0`С to +20`С in a dry and cool place.

Shelf life: 24 months.
