Balsamic cream with prunes. Created from selected grapes (freshly squeezed must) and balsamic vinegar. It is customary to use this peculiar product both for decoration and as an excellent dressing for many dishes based on meat, fish or vegetables. It is recommended to use it as a dressing for various vegetable salads, as well as include it in the recipe of cold appetizers. It goes well with various elite cheeses, so its use in a cheese plate is welcome.
