We prepare the sauce according to traditional Japanese technology by slow heating to achieve that very sweet soy taste and thick consistency. And the ginger and garlic in the composition give a slight spice.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, soy sauce (water, soy, wheat, salt), spirit vinegar, salt, ground ginger, garlic powder, ground red pepper.

Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Consume within 1 month.
