Fish sauce (or Nam Pla sauce) is made from small fish - anchovy, which has been fermented for more than 12 months. Benefits Fermented for at least 12 months, resulting in a soft yet full-bodied fishy taste with subtle sweetness. Replaces salt. Cooking features In fish sauce, you can fry fish, meat and vegetables: this way they will have a delicate fishy aroma, and new notes will sound in the taste. Fish sauce is a natural flavor enhancer.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, at a temperature up to +25C, after opening, store for 8 weeks at a temperature not higher than +4C.
