Seasoning Mediterranean herbs is a spicy mixture that includes dried vegetables (onion, garlic, paprika), basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, parsley. This mixture has been known since ancient times. Seasoning goes well with all kinds of products. It can be used as an aromatic additive to salads and sauces, soups and broths, for minced meat, roasts and fish dishes. Seasoning is recommended to be added shortly before cooking.
