Fajita or fajitas, is the term for Tex-Mex cuisine, usually referring to any grilled meat served as a taco on a wheat or corn tortilla. Seasoning for cooking Fajita for 8 servings. Cooking method: chop the onion, tomatoes and paprika. Mix 100 ml of water and seasoning mixture. Fry the chopped paprika and onion in a pan. Add and fry 500g chicken or beef with a little olive oil and add the spice mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into tortillas. Place lettuce over meat, top with tomatoes, cheese and salsa.
Ingredients: dried vegetables (onions, garlic), herbs and spices (paprika, chillies, black pepper), salt, cornmeal, dextrose, sugar.
Storage conditions: store at temperatures from +1 to +25°C. Use immediately after opening.
Shelf life: 24 months.
