In fact, this is a syrup for making drinks, based on fructose and, in this case, ginger, but since gelling agents are present in the composition and the consistency is appropriate, we call them jam. Actually, let's analyze the composition in percentage terms.

Ingredients: Fructose 46.3%, water 18%, ginger root 15%, refined sugar 12%, ginger extract 5%, honey 3% and less than 1% food additives - carrageenan, carboxymethylcellulose and sodium citrate.

Storage conditions: store in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator.

Shelf life: 24 months.
