Milk chocolate 33.6% from Belgium is the perfect combination of delicate cocoa flavor, whole milk and Bourbon vanilla. Barry Callebaut Milk Chocolate is a natural finished product without the use of dyes and flavors. It can be used in its pure form, without melting, as a decoration for any confectionery. But more often it is used in a liquid consistency for the preparation of chocolate icings, candy fillings, cake creams, ganaches and mousses.
Ingredients: sugar; cacao butter; dry whole milk; cocoa mass; emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural flavor: vanilla.
Storage conditions: Storage conditions : store the product in a clean, dry room without foreign odors and relative humidity not more than 70%, away from sunlight, at a temperature of 12 °C to 18 °C.
