Yogurt powder looks like a very fine creamy or yellowish powder, but smells nice, like fresh yogurt. It has a mild milky taste. It can be used in cases where regular yogurt is not suitable. For example, if it creates excess moisture, which is not needed in the recipe. The powder dissolves well in liquids at room temperature and is introduced into the emulsion. When mixed with syrup, milk powder, vegetable cream, it forms a homogeneous creamy structure.

Ingredients: dry fat-free yogurt 30%, dextrose, glucose syrup, acidity regulator citric acid E340, milk protein.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool, dark place at a temperature of +1°С to +25°С and relative humidity not more than 75%. Keep container tightly closed.
