Soba noodles 300 gr Risma

By Japanese standards, for noodles to be called soba, they must contain at least 30% buckwheat. In Japan, soba is eaten all year round. In summer, as a rule, it is cold, and in winter it is cooked with broths and various seasonal toppings. Buckwheat noodles are very healthy, they contain all eight essential amino acids, including lysine, which is not found in wheat flour.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, buckwheat flour, water, salt.

Storage conditions: In a dry, protected from sunlight place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

Shelf life: 24 months.
