Dry powdered fish broth dashi is one of the main ingredients in Japanese miso soup. It's quick and easy - add the dry mixture to boiling water and you get a ready-made broth. Hondashi is a concentrate for soups, which is a broth granules from Kombu seaweed and dried tuna. Hondashi contains protein and iron. In Japanese cuisine, it is used as a base for soups and sauces.

 

Ingredients: Tuna flake powder, salt, glucose, amino acids, hydrolyzed protein, tuna flake extract, E450i stabilizer.

Storage conditions: At temperatures from -15 to +30°C. After opening, store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed until the expiration date.

Shelf life: 24 months.
