Rice Paper (Rice Paper) for sushi, rolls, spring rolls is a thin transparent rice dough made from rice flour and water. Rice paper is very brittle when dry, so be sure to soak it with water before use. Rice paper is used like nori sheets. Meat, fish stuffing and fillers are wrapped in it. If you like hot rolls, feel free to wrap your rolls in rice paper and fry in a pan. Rice paper is used by the Japanese as Russian pancakes. But, unlike pancakes, it is not saturated with oil, and therefore is considered a dietary product.
Ingredients: Rice flour 90%, water 8%, salt 2%.
Storage conditions: Room temperature in a dry, protected from direct sunlight place at a temperature of +5 to +30°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%.
Shelf life: 24 months.
