The range of use of semi-hard mozzarella is very wide: sandwiches, salads, all kinds of cold snacks. It is most widely used in the preparation of dishes that require baking and heat treatment.
Ingredients: normalized, pasteurized milk, salt (contain anti-caking agent - potassium ferrocyanide), milk-clotting enzyme of microbial origin, bacterial ferment of thermophilic and mesophilic microorganisms.
Storage conditions: (letters are put after the date of manufacture): A- air temperature from +2°C to +6°C and relative humidity 75-85%, B- air temperature not higher than -18°C. defrosting temperature in the thick part of the product +2°C. After opening the package, the shelf life should not exceed 5 days at temperatures from +2°C to +6°C.
